In a unique event that took place in New York City on Saturday November 1st in club “Cavo”, Tasos Giasiranis presented   the   collection
“Rhodes Summer Chic” , first official collection of our cosmopolitan Rhodes Island. Unique atmosphere, wonderful presentations, intense participation of the Greek element and an electro house DJ set in an once in a lifetime event in the heart of New York City.

Tasos Giasiranis: "I was born in Rhodes at 27 of November 1972. I finished school in 1990 and then moved on to study Political Science and European Law at University of Law of Athens. I also hold an MSc in marketing retails. I started playing music at the age of 15. Just after a year, I had my own Radio show at the most important radio station of the island. Since 2001, I'm a radio producer (Radio1, 88FM) at the most popular dance radio station in the Dodecanese. In 2003, I started to organize my own party events in bars and clubs, which I chose personally. There is a team of excellent partners around me, who are responsible for the promotion and the marketing,  of all the party events. Last winter's set project was titled "MusicVoyages". The first presentation took place in New York, with two parties at the Cavo Club. After that,five party-events followed in Athens. The best moment was the three parties at the Mercedes Club in Glyfada. The set projects for the summer of 2007 are titled "Club Roots" and there is also another project of private parties under the title "Union". "Club Roots" has got a simple and clear philosophy... It is all about where we’ve started from, which one is our destination at the present time, and what we love is what we expect to reach."Roots means your

basic inspiration, your music influences, which you believe in and support in a unique way. “Roots” means to always have in mind where you started from and the people who stand beside you and encourage you all the way in order to reach and fulfil your goals. It is also that great feeling you get when you have friends and partners who have the same philosophy, and share the same dreams with you, and with everyone who believes in a very huge power... unbeatable power... the power of music. Eclectic - Exciting - Ecstatic... This is our summer sound. Join the "Club Roots" community. You can enjoy "Club Roots" at Senso Bar every Friday and during summer at Yanni’s Bar and Arches Club in Lindos every Saturday of July and August. Another special event to watch out for is the season party of my radio show named Summer Soundtrack, which takes place every year in the heart of the summer in surprise locations..."
